International TESOL doctoral summer school

Between 17-20 July 2018, the University of Malta in cooperation with the University of Graz hosted an international TESOL doctoral summer school. Six PhD students from Graz took part alongside students from across the globe. Prof. Sarah Mercer co-hosted the event with Dr. Daniel Xerri and Prof. Gary Barkhuizen and Prof. Jean-Marc Dewaele provided additional support and input. There were a mixture of presentations, input sessions, discussion groups, reflection tasks, one-to-one consultations, and a closing poster conference. All agreed that it was a great success and we look forward to the next event.
